About the practice

Care your whole family can grow up with.

We built The Happy Smile because dental care should feel as warm as the people who give it. From the toddler in the booster seat to the grandparent on their fourth implant, every chair is built for the person sitting in it.

Our story

A practice built around the patients we wish we had been.

Dr. Daniel Park and Dr. Priya Nair met during residency, bonded over a shared frustration with how rushed and impersonal most dental visits had become, and decided to build something different. Daniel had spent years restoring smiles that other offices had told patients were beyond saving. Priya had watched too many children leave their first visit in tears, scared of a place that should have felt safe.

They opened The Happy Smile with one rule: every patient gets the time their care actually needs. Not the time the schedule allows. That rule is still the only one taped to the back of the front desk. Everything else, from the warm towels to the Saturday hours to the in-house lab, just follows from it.

What we believe

Four promises we keep, every visit.

Honest pricing

A clear treatment plan with every line item, before we start. No surprise add-ons at checkout. Ever.

No-judgment chairs

It has been a while. We get it. We meet you exactly where you are, and we never make you feel small for being there.

Kids first

A pediatric specialist on staff, a treasure chest, and a chair-side manner built around show, tell, then do.

Tech that helps, not hurts

Digital scans instead of goopy molds. Soft lasers instead of needles when we can. Tools that make the visit easier, not flashier.

How we are different

Old-school dental office vs The Happy Smile.

We did not invent dentistry. We just removed the parts that nobody actually liked.

Old-school office

  • A stack of clipboards at the front desk
  • Goopy impression molds that make you gag
  • A surprise bill three weeks after your visit
  • The lecture about flossing more
  • Two-week wait for a cracked tooth
  • Three offices for a single crown
  • A kid leaving in tears

The Happy Smile

  • Digital intake on your phone before you arrive
  • An iTero 3D scan in about 90 seconds
  • The full treatment cost, in writing, before we begin
  • Practical tips you will actually do
  • Same-day emergency slots every weekday
  • Crowns milled and placed in one visit
  • A kid leaving with a sticker and a smile
Office tour

A look around the chairs.

Built to feel more like a boutique hotel than a clinic, but with all the serious tools where they should be.

Tech in our chairs

Modern tools, in plain English.

Every piece of equipment here earns its place by making a visit faster, more comfortable, or more accurate. Usually all three.

iTero digital impressions

A small wand and a quick scan replaces the gag-inducing putty trays. We get a perfect 3D model of your mouth in about ninety seconds.

Intraoral cameras

A pen-sized camera shows you exactly what we see, on a screen, in real time. No more taking our word for it on that cracked filling.

CBCT 3D imaging

A cone beam CT gives us a true three-dimensional view of bone and nerves before implants or root canals. Better planning, safer surgery.

Soft-tissue laser

A precise laser lets us shape gums and treat cold sores with almost no bleeding and no stitches. Recovery is usually a few hours.

Solea all-tissue laser

For most fillings and a lot of soft-tissue work, Solea means no shot, no drill sound, no numb cheek for the next four hours.

Nitrous oxide, also known as happy gas

A gentle, fast-acting option for nervous kids and anxious adults. You stay awake and chatty, you just stop caring about the appointment.

Come meet the team that runs the place.

Or skip the introductions and grab a chair. Either way, we are ready when you are.
